microstore is an independent South African retailer of digital software licences. Windows, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Microsoft or any other software publisher named on this site. Full business registration and contact details will be published on this page once confirmed.

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm payment and deliver your licence.
• We may decline or cancel an order and refund it in full where we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or where stock of a licence is unavailable.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

• All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the product page.
• Payments are processed by PayFast. We do not receive or store your card or banking details.
• Your order is only marked as paid once PayFast confirms the payment to us. Until then the order remains pending.
• Prices may change at any time; the price shown at the moment of checkout applies to your order.

• Each product is supplied for the number of users, devices and licence term stated on the product page.
• Your use of the software is also governed by the publisher's own end-user licence agreement.
• Licence keys may not be resold, published, shared publicly, or used beyond the terms of the licence you purchased.
• You are responsible for backing up your data before installing or upgrading software.

Delivery of digital keys is covered by our Delivery & Digital Fulfilment page, and refund eligibility is set out in our Refund Policy. Support is provided through the contact form on this site; we aim to reply within one business day.

We take reasonable care to supply working licences and accurate product information. To the extent permitted by law, microstore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data, profit or business interruption arising from the use of software purchased through this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published at the time of your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
