This policy explains what personal information microstore collects, why we collect it, and how it is handled. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, country, order notes, the products purchased and the amount paid.
- Support messages: the name, email address and message content you submit through the contact form.
- Payment status information returned to us by PayFast, such as a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.
- Basic technical information generated when you browse the site, such as your browser type and pages visited.
What we do not collect
We never receive or store your full card number, CVV, bank login or PIN. Card and bank details are entered directly on PayFast's secure payment pages.
How we use your information
- To process your order and deliver your licence keys by email.
- To confirm payment and to investigate payment or delivery problems.
- To respond to support requests and provide activation assistance.
- To keep records required for accounting, tax and fraud prevention purposes.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.
Who we share it with
- PayFast, our payment processor, which handles the payment and confirms the result to us.
- Our hosting and database providers, which store order and support records securely on our behalf.
- Authorities or advisers where we are legally required to disclose information.
Storage, security and retention
Order and support records are stored in a secured, access-controlled database and are transmitted over encrypted connections. We keep order records for as long as needed to support you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
- Object to a particular use of your information.

Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember the items in your shopping cart between visits. Essential cookies may be used to keep the site working correctly. No advertising tracking is used.
